Please download the folder by right clicking as shown in the figure below:
Note, to open the PC GCS app, click on the "Assistant2.exe" file in the folder.
Once opened, you should see the display shown in the figure below:
To connect to the drone and download the log, follow these steps:
1.) Select the "USB Connect" icon in the main display (Note, it may take a moment for your PC to download the necessary drivers once the aircraft is connected.)
2.) Select the "Tool" tab
3.) Select the "Refresh" button
4.) Select the desired log in the log list and select "Download"
5.) The log file will be saved in the "newLogFile" folder located in the main directory of "Windows (C)" drive
6.) Please email the log, or upload it to your support ticket
